Our team led the design and execution, delivering impressive cost savings along the way. By fast-tracking orders to avoid a 10% distributor price increase, and negotiating an additional 8% discount, WOF saved KMOV an estimated $200,000 to $300,000. Their proactive approach included early ordering and advance storage of products to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.
