Our Guarantee
• One-Year Worry-Free Warranty on all products purchased through us, excluding items sold as-is or marked final sale
• No hidden fees. What we quote is what we charge. Any scope changes are discussed before work continues
• If we make a mistake, you do not pay for it
• Loaner furniture provided at no cost if we cannot meet your confirmed delivery date
One-Year Warranty Coverage
• Parts and labor covered for one year on eligible products
• We handle diagnosis, vendor coordination, and parts ordering
• Loaner furniture provided if repairs require extended time
• If a pre-owned item cannot be repaired within the first year, we offer a comparable replacement or store credit
• Excludes items sold as-is or marked final sale
New Furniture
• Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship or mechanical failure
• Most manufacturer warranties cover parts only
• After year one, labor for repairs is billable at our standard service rate
• Misuse, improper assembly, natural disasters, extreme conditions, and normal wear and tear are not covered
Refurbished Furniture
• Remanufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship
• Warranty period of five years under normal use
• Refurbished chair cylinders are covered for two years
• Defective products, parts, or components will be repaired or replaced with compatible product
• Warranty does not cover customer-supplied materials or equipment applied to the product
• Warranty is void if the product is modified, attachments are added, or installation and use do not follow original manufacturer guidelines
• Excludes items sold as-is or marked final sale
Pre-Owned Furniture
• Full parts and labor coverage for one year, excluding items sold as-is or marked final sale
• After one year, parts and labor are billable
