Summary of Position:
Designing spaces with furnishings in collaboration with senior designer, client and salesperson, according to knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, capability of production facilities, and characteristics of company’s market. We do this by producing plans, designs, and furnishing interior environments of commercial and industrial buildings by performing the following duties:

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Interior Design; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of design experience is required.
Design Skills: Ability to illustrate concept by designing layouts regarding arrangement, size, type and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of Warehouse of Fixtures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises a team of employees in the Installation Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, mentoring, and coaching; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
