When Gonzalez Companies moved into its newly renovated Brentwood office, WOF designed and furnished the workplace from reception to workstations, private offices, meeting spaces and employee amenities.
The project
Gonzalez wanted its new office to feel contemporary, professional and distinctly theirs while supporting focus, meetings, collaboration, training and downtime.
WOF carried light wood finishes and blue accents throughout the space, furnishing 10 height-adjustable workstations, eight private offices, an executive office, conference and huddle rooms, training and collaborative areas, reception and employee spaces.

Gonzalez Companies is a leading civil engineering and construction management firm serving clients throughout the Midwest, with work spanning transportation, water and wastewater, structural engineering and other critical infrastructure. Their new Brentwood workplace gave us the opportunity to design a space for the people behind that work.
The details
The project was primarily furnished with new office furniture, but WOF also modified Gonzalez's existing reception desk and incorporated select pre-owned pieces where they made sense.
One of the most memorable additions was a pre-owned foosball table for the bar and gaming area. After furnishing an entire workplace, it became one of the team's favorite pieces.
The result
From individual work to meetings, collaboration and downtime, the finished office gives Gonzalez one cohesive environment designed around how their people actually use it.
