Our Story

Warehouse of Fixtures is a third-generation, family-owned office furniture company built on integrity, trusted relationships, and doing what’s right: for our clients, our team, and our community.

Founded in the early 1960s by Arnold Singer, Warehouse of Fixtures became known throughout St. Louis for making quality office furniture affordable and accessible. Although the original business closed in 2001, the legacy continued in 2004 when his grandson, David Singer, rediscovered the company and reimagined it as Warehouse of Fixtures – The Next Generation (TNG).

What began as a summer job liquidating remaining inventory evolved into a modern office furniture dealership combining strong values, a full suite of services, and a unique mix of new, pre-owned, and refurbished furnishings. Today, Warehouse of Fixtures TNG is the region’s largest provider of in-stock, pre-owned office furniture, including brand-name products from Fortune 500 liquidations, often lightly used or never used.

Warehouse of Fixtures helps organizations furnish smarter through thoughtful product selection and a full suite of end-to-end services including space planning, delivery, installation, and reconfiguration. From inspiration to installation, we make the process easy, affordable, and aligned to your timeline.

Our team is guided by a clear vision and shared values. We take ownership of our work, lead with integrity, and believe great customer service should feel effortless. Sustainability is also central to who we are, and through reuse and refurbishment, we keep tens of thousands of tons of furniture out of landfills each year, creating impact well beyond the workplace.

Recognized as a six-time Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company, one of St. Louis’s Most Philanthropic Companies, and a St. Louis Business Journal Family Business Award recipient, Warehouse of Fixtures TNG continues to grow by staying true to what matters most: people first, always.
